Subscription FAQs
  • Are my details safe?

    Yes, your details are safe. All information is encrypted using SSL to provide you with the safest, most secure purchasing experience.

  • When I do get access to the site?

    You will have access to LCHF Endurance as soon as you subscribe here. Please note: your prep week starts straight away, on the day you join us. Your official start date is one week from your subscription date. For example: if you sign up on a Wednesday, your preparation week starts on that day and week one starts on the following Wednesday. You will gain access to week one two days prior to commencement.

  • Can I choose my start date?

    Please sign up on the day you wish to start, factoring in that you have one week of prep week before officially starting your 12 week program. You will gain access to week one two days prior to commencement. If you want to join our 'Race Ready' program, the best time to start is 13 weeks prior to race day.

  • Can I reset my start date?

    Unfortunately, we can't reset your start date, but you can choose to join now, but officially start when it fits your personal, work and/or racing calendar. Remember, as soon as you join us you have access to your prep week but you have lifetime so can always choose to start when you are ready.

  • What if I forget my password?

    Not to worry. You can always reset your password at the login page.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    You can cancel your weekly payments within the first seven days of your program, simply when managing your account. Please head to our contact page if you need assistance - we're always here to help.

Selecting your training level

When you sign up you select a "training level". We have described the four available levels below.
Please note, you can easily change these settings at a later time.

Level 1 - Beginner

Suitable for athletes who can meet the following criteria: 

  • Walk/run 30 minutes to begin
  • Able to ride 60 minutes on the road comfortable
  • 6 hours of training/week to begin
  • Approximate +7.30min/km MAF

Level 2 - Intermediate

Suitable for athletes who can meet the following criteria:

  • Consistent run 30 minutes to begin
  • Able to ride 90 minutes on the road comfortably
  • 7 hours of training/week to begin
  • Approximate 6.00-7.30min/km MAF

Level 3 - High Intermediate

Suitable for athletes who can meet the following criteria:

  • Consistent run 50 minutes to begin
  • Able to ride 120 minutes on the road comfortably
  • 8 hours of training/week to begin
  • Approximate 5.00-6.00 km/min MAF

Level 4 - Race Ready or Advanced

Suitable for athletes who can meet the following criteria:

  • Racing in 12-15 weeks (ideally 13) OR >5.00min/km MAF
  • Consistent run 30 minutes to begin
  • Able to ride 70 minutes on an undulating course comfortably
  • Olympic Distance: 8-10 hours of training/week to begin
  • Long Course: 10-14 hours of training/week to begin
